I made a complaint of no hot water. !st receptionist told me there is nothing I can do. Second time I complained they sent a repair guy who made the water slightly hotter, he said all the connections are separate. So long story short I booked another hotel form my paid (14 day stay) and just let the last 5 days go... I asked for a refund but the refused and offered and upgrade on a future stay. Never Again will I book here again.

Diamond Hotel is perfect for travellers to visit and stay. It’s great for all amenities, food and settings. I feel home every time I stay in this hotel. I will keep coming back to this hotel.
