Clean rooms; comfortable bed; convenient on-site restaurant; however customer service at restaurant needs work…long lines at dinner which could have been avoided with some planning as hostess was also involved with seating and set ups for customers…creating a long wait even though there were multiple open tables

Conveniently located, near HWY89 and Mt. Carmel junction to Zion. Drive is a must. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Restaurant was good and convenient. We ate there 3 times. Didn't like the shampoo and body wash. Would suggest they use what Hampton Inn uses which is Zero/o

Everything was wonderful. Kristin checked us in and she was awesome. Best front desk person we had this trip. The room was beautiful. Big, Clean, comfortable, quiet, everything we needed was there. The Thunderbird restaurant had excellent food and the servers were wonderful too. Lloyd was our server for dinner and Jersey was our server for breakfast. (there is no elevator)

This was a wonderful place to stay in between Zion and Bryce Natioal Parks. There is a nice restaurant on site, which was very convenient after a long days drive. The pool was great and they put us in touch with a tour group to visit some slot canyons.

Our room was great. Had been dated from other friend rooms . Pool area was clean and nice. The restaurant was tops with a great host. Food was good. We ate breakfast and dinner there and had no complaints.
