"The property was comfortable and quiet and very conveniently located. The bed was comfy, smart TV worked well and so did the air conditioner.
I was disappointed with the "kitchen". It was just a space with a microwave. I expected at least a small cooktop/range, and in fact there weren't even any "microwave suitable" containers for cooking anything anyway. Also disappointing was the fact that the building had a basement carpark, but no access was provided for guests meaning I had to park my car 100 metres away on the street.
The washer/drier was very much appreciated and this raised my rating of the property from "average" to "good". "
"We booked this house for 5 adults and 4 kids (17, 14, 7, & 6) and upon accepting our booking, I received a call the next day to say they had to cancel it because we had "little kids" and "the stairs were too steep that they might get injured" and "there are no fences so not safe for the kids".
What total BS. When I tried to call the Real Estate agency to discuss further, they didn't return my call despite numerous attempts.
If you don't want under 18s in your house, don't let us book for kids as part of the booking process. A house full of 18+ are more likely to party and break stuff anyway! "
