We had a wonderful time exploring Acadia in the winter and thoroughly enjoyed this home as our home base. As advertised, beautiful and cozy and Tracey was a very thoughtful and accommodating host.
The two of us loved this farmhouse! The wildflower garden, chef's kitchen, and the most convenient location were highlights for us. Our host was really communicative and responsive whish we really appreciated. We will definitely stay here again!
Farmhouse was clean and in a good location to get to park destinations. Was nice to be close to the trails but outside the crowded bar harbor. Would definitely rent again.
A beautiful place to stay, with plenty of space for a family visit and easy access to Acadia and Bar Harbor. Tracey is super helpful and responsive, too. We're telling all our friends about it!
We enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. It’s in a perfect location to explore all of the towns and park—nothing is more than 15minutes. It is even nicer than the pictures and had everything we needed. Plenty of space and a well stocked kitchen. Tracey was helpful and responsive!
Loved the house and centralized location. Only issue for us is we are all older and the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor and that was a challenge for our group.
We had a great stay at Tracey's beautiful home. The kitchen was so well stocked with 2 fridges and all the utensils you would need (and a grill outside). The home was beautiful and comfortable. It was also in a great location, close to great hikes and Bar Harbor. We would definitely stay here again!
We loved our stay at Watersigns! The house was the perfect size for our group of 7, and we loved the proximity to Acadia as well as Bar Harbor and other surrounding areas. The kitchen was amazing for the nights we stayed in to cook, and we enjoyed being able to gather in the living room and dining room when we weren’t out hiking or exploring.
We enjoyed our stay at Watersigns. It is a great location, easy drive to the park and surrounding towns as well. The house is clean and inviting, great bedding and the kitchen is well stocked, plenty of cookware and dishes, etc.

Sad to go
Loved the home and location. This house was perfect for out family and we were all sad to go.
We loved our stay at Tracey’s place. It was the perfect spot between Bar Harbor and Acadia national park. It felt very close to everything, while still giving you privacy. The house is clean and quaint. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the fireplace in the mornings. I would definitely go back!
Can't say enough about how attentive the owner is in details to her home, information on the area including hikes, restaurants and other things to do as well as ensuring our every question was answered. Location is central to everything.
Great home to stay in Acadia National Park. Beautiful kitchen. Easy access and parking. No AC, but not needed because of all the ceiling and floor fans. Only concern is road noise can be loud at night.
Spectular home, spacious yet quaint! Watersigns was the perfect retreat from the Texas heat! We loved the grounds and the host! Loved that she opened her home for us to share. Beautifully restored 110+ home with all the modern day amenities. Would highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back again!
We had a vary enjoyable stay at this location! The proximity to Acadia and Bar Harbor is perfect! The hiking trail right next the the house was convenient and a highlight for everyone.
The owner gave VERY detailed instructions regarding the house, suggestions for things to do, and even provided books and maps of the attractions. I would highly recommend if you are looking to stay in the Bar Harbor/Acadia area. I would also check out the owners cafe in NorthEast Harbor it's a very cute place!
