"Spacious and well-equipped apartment-style rooms with full cooking and laundry facilities. Excellent location right next to the bus terminal and train station, and within short walking distance to shopping, dining, and attractions. The staff were also wonderful and very helpful."

KAI Saga is supposed to be the flagship KAI hotel with the most historical hot spring source but the room facilities are not at very good conditions. Suggest to improve the room facilities with more conveinient power sockets or add USB sockets at bed headboards."

"The place is great but i could not use the bath due to my tattoos. Also the room we stayed in was a smoking room when we paid for non-smoking. There is not a lot to do around the hotel unless you get a bus to another town. Breakfast was a very traditional Japanese breakfast."
