Cozy chalet minutes from Okemo Mtn & VAST

Relaxing & cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is ready for your stay. If you prefer a winter or summer getaway, all the options are available, from skiing/snowboarding trails in the winter or hiking/biking them in the summer. Minutes away from all major activities and restaurants.

Tucked away on a quiet road off Rt 103, but close to many activities. We are a quick 3 minute ride up to VAST trail. A 7 minute ride to Jackson Gore and 12 to Okemo Mtn. Plymouth State Park on beautiful Echo Lake is 15 minutes away.

The house is on 2 acres of beautiful wooded land with lots of privacy. There is a firepit in backyard ready for marshmallow roasting nights, or choose to sit out on the deck and enjoy the calm and serene surroundings of the property.

The main floor consists of a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with shower, fully equipped eat-In kitchen with access to the deck and backyard. The spacious living room can accommodate the whole family. The smaller living area has a desk setup for remote work and a futon with a full size mattress.
The mudroom where you can enter and exit the house and store all your gear. (Accessible through small living area).

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the second floor, along with a full bathroom with tub.

The Basement level has a play area set up for the kids to hang out as well as a separate laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.

You'll have the entire property to yourself! Before you arrive we'll send you an access code to the front door.

Our aim is to ensure that you have as comfortable a stay as you possibly can. I want you and your guests to create lasting memories during your stay in our home.
But to do so, I would really appreciate it if you could follow the below house rules.

We are a No shoes inside the house family. There is plenty of storage in the Mudroom for outside gear and we have extra guest slippers encase you forget yours.

- We do not allow pets or service animals.

- No smoking allowed.

- No firearms, fireworks or illegal substances are allowed on the premises. No parties or events allowed on the premises.

- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Please book with the accurate numbers of guests in your party.

- Please respect check-in and check-out times, furnishings of the home and property.

- Please place all garbage in trash bags and toss in the trash bin located in the Mudroom.

- Please report any damage that may have occurred during your stay as soon as possible.

Beautiful property. Prompt, helpful communication before and during stay. We’ve never had a vacation rental with so many kitchen amenities. The Christmas tree was a very thoughtful touch for our holiday stay.
