The room was smaller than expected, but the staff and common areas were very nice. I think this place suffered by comparison with my previous stay in Charlotte at Drury Inn & Suites.

Staff from reception, hotel shuttle, house keeping and kitchen staff. They ETA all super nice and helpful. Each one of them with a bright smile every single day

stayAPT Suites Charlotte North
The room was clean. Staff was friendly. The only complaint that I have is that it was really cold in the room and I could not adjust the thermostat to warm the room up. I turned up the thermostat, but the room stayed at 65 degrees.
