Lovely room and hotel. Housekeeping did not come. Arrived late afternoon and no one was available to help with luggage. Family loved the exercise/spa area. Room was quick for breakfast, food was good but I was not expecting it to come on a cart or tray, not bags

Our room was spacious, spotless, comfortable and quiet. We truly enjoyed our stay at Sonesta. We plan to make it our favorite place to stay, for our next visit to Philly.
