Rooms stink, plumbing clogged, no housekeeping in sight, had to bring my own towels down to front desk and wait an hour for them to wash them because they dont give you fresh towels. Only positive was the bed was comfortable.

The staff is very friendly. This was our third stay, and we were happy to see the same people there and at the Cracker Barrel right next door. We plan to go for Memorial Day again, next year.

Had a great experience, the staff was wonderful. The room looked newly renovated and was very clean and comfortable. There were some minor repairs that needed to be done in the hallways, but nothing major. Cracker Barrel was right next door which was nice.

Good hotel

The Bed wasn't that comfortable. Service desk people helpful/friendly. Breakfast option was like most hotels. Room was clean, tv worked good, and refrigerator worked good. Shower had great hot cold/water. Hotel quiet no loud music or people. Great location for restaurants/shopping. Lastly the pool was ok.

For the price, you get what you pay for so all was expected. I was in the area for business. The hotel is showing its wear and tear, needs a serious clean - vents and corners all around the hotel and elevator need a deep clean. However, the staff was friendly, helpful, & quick to make things right. The first room they put me in was not clean. The second - it was clean, sufficient.

Our room was clean and ready for us. We stayed during some home repairs so just needed a place to sleep and escape the noise. We had our dog and enjoyed walking her around the grounds.

The manager/staff were very friendly, very polite, I asked for them to clean my room on the 3rd day and it wasn’t a problem , I’m surprised I had to even ask to get my room cleaned , anytime I asked for new towels and soap it wasn’t a problem the manager gave me a smile and was super friendly. The room was very dingy and out of date , the shower Matt looked moldy underneath and peeling up, the under cabinets and under bed was dirty , there were broken and dingy wires behind the bed stands , my side of the bed the charger and usb charger was broken , when we first came in the room there was either a bottle of piss orsoke type of water bottle that looked nasty left inside the mini fridge , although I did not trust my toddler to run around the room it was not the worst hotel I’ve been to, the friendliness of the manager and staff made me leave more stars , you would think for the price you would be getting something a little more decent

Quick weekend stay

The check in was simple. Had to switch rooms. There were no towels and smoke detector was beeping. The second room was good. The woman at the front desk was very polite and helpful.
