The hotel was recently renovated and the suites are spacious and well appointed. However, the utility systems are terribly lacking. Over the course of a week I had to change rooms twice since the AC was broken in the first two rooms I stayed in. Three of my coworkers had the same problem and one finally settled for a room with AC but no hot water. There were also roof leaks all over the property. The bar and restaurant were overpriced and bar staff was highly unprofessional. Breakfast cost $26/day but the quality matched that of a continental buffet. I would not recommend this as a hotel on par with high standard Hilton hotels.

Our room was clean, but a lot smaller than I thought. Had to call maintenance because our sink backed up with what looked like feces and smelled like feces. We had to leave for a little bit because couldn’t take smell. Staff was great.

The indoor pool was ice cold , when asked about the heated pool the staff stated that the thermostat was broken. Very disappointing! I book the room to indulge in the pool. I feel like I waisted my money and time. I could have stayed at another hotel with a working heated pool.

This place was terrible. Terrible customer service. We woke up yesterday and it was 67 degrees in our room. The heat was set to 76. We tied to raise it and it kept going down. I notified front desk at 11am and was told that maintenance would fix it right away. The TV in the bedroom also had a romote that didnt work. After we got back to the room around 4pm. We found no one had came to the room. This time both myself and my fiance went to the front desk. They apologized and said maintenance would be right up. Maintenance did come and gave us another remote and adjusted the heat. Hot air was coming out and the temperature went up to 73 but it was set to 75. We went out and returned to the room around 10 pm. The room was 70 degrees when we went to bed and the heat was set to 75. When we woke up it was 67 in the room and when i checked out it was 65. Its winter time in NJ and freezing. On one checked on us to make sure things were good.This place gives Hilton a bad name. It was my first time at a Hilton and it will be my last.
