The space
This condo has a tastefully furnished, modern, spacious living room, three luxury-style bedrooms and three bathrooms. The Master bedroom has an attached full washroom, while the other two have two shared full washrooms. The entire condo floor is sophisticatedly tiled with blueish-white marble.

The living room has a large 55” inch colour Samsung TV with local & international channels. This spacious condo is 1650 sq. ft and is furnished with a comfortable sofa, mahogany timber dining table for seven people & equipped with a modern kitchen. All the rooms have a separate A/C unit.
The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable Posturepedic mattresses for your sleeping comfort. The master room has a King size bed, and the other two bedrooms have queen-size beds.

The bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, pop-up toaster, microwave oven, four-burner gas cooker, saucepans, plates, cutlery, and crockery. You can cook your meals and enjoy them.

24/7 security is available.

Other things to note
The sea is safe for swimming from October to the beginning of May each year. Despite an urban setting, the beach is virtually empty during the week, from morning to late afternoon. However, locals and visitors throng the beach in the evenings and on weekends and public holidays.
