10/10 Excellent

"The only negative was that people were situated on the front lobby sofa with their shoes off, feet on the sofa, blankets around themselves and food bags on the floor in front of their shoes. I made a comment to the staff that homeless were camped out in the lobby and it was not a good look. She said they were guests. This kind of clientele made the hotel look like a cheap Motel 6 and I feel like she should have asked them at least to get their bare feet off the sofa."

"Nice Clean rooms and facility. Rooms ie bathroom could use some updating, there was water damage to the drywall around the tub area. Neighborhood was a little sketchy though, the building in in front of the hotel is an abandoned gas station, and there were a few homeless people camping out under the awning by the pump islands. The hotel has a lot of security cameras and they are constantly monitoring them, which add piece of mind. Great bargain for our stay."
