Rooms comfortable, feel like you are back in the days when Mark Twain and royals came here to stay."

"Love this hotel and the location. Great food around and plenty of drinks!"

"TV, microwave and kettle/toaster nice. Lights for some reason had no covers on them, too bright to leave on without the covers. Ended up finding them in the cupboard, carpet was a little sticky. Room wasnt available until a little after 2. Parking was limited car park was all filled up when we arrived back to hotel no where to park. We ended up leaving at 1130 pm to go back home. Would be suitable for couples or singles only staying a little while. Didnt suit us a family."

"The staff were very helpful and hospitable being a cold and wet day apon arrival staff already had the heating on in our room. The room was very clean and comfortable"
