Large layout great for families enjoying all that the Charleston area has to offer. The property accommodates a maximum of 10 guests and all linens, towels, pillows, and bedding are provided. Ground floor features a separate bedroom and en suite bathroom. Second floor includes open-concept living room, dinning room, and kitchen. Third floor consists of the primary bedroom with en suite bathroom and third bedroom with en suite bathroom. The top floor flex space has a day-bed connected to the rooftop terrace. In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued by the Mayor of Charleston County, guests must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. This policy applies only to official mandatory evacuation orders.

Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
