Charming 3 BR near downtown Charleston , in Desirable Mt. Pleasant

Conveniently located just a few miles from the pristine beaches of Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms , and beautiful Historic Downtown Charleston; this charming townhouse is a superb option for those interested in convenience, comfort and luxury.

Close to I-526, I-26 and adjacent to Hwy 17; this location is one of the best available in Mt. Pleasant. Multiple grocery stores, gyms, parks, and restaurants are with in a five minute drive, and The Ravenel Bridge is just around the corner.

Recently remodeled and tastefully decorated, this townhouse has original hardwood floors and ceramic tile throughout the first floor, and beautiful new wall to wall carpet and tile throughout the second floor.

The main living area has a large smart tv, blu-ray player, and large leather sectional, while the dining area sports a large pub height table, able to accommodate 8 comfortably.

The kitchen is well-stocked, large enough to accommodate more than one cook at a time, and opens up to a courtyard perfect for cookouts year round.

There is a mud room off the front entrance, with a storage bench for shoes and hooks for jackets; and in the hallway there is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and a small half bath conveniently located for guests.

Upstairs, the master bedroom opens up to a large balcony overlooking the front yard, and sports its own bath with plenty of space. The ample sized second and third bedroom share a hall bath with an over-sized tub and shower.

Fabulous Location

My family of 4 stayed here to attend a wedding that was taking place in Mt. Pleasant. It was the perfect size, clean and well kept. The location was perfect. The host was easy to reach. Highly recommend this property!

Great location and perfect for our requirements

The house is excellently located with a short drive to Downtown Charleston. There is an Aldi literally around the corner which we found very, very convenient. There is also a Trader Joe's within a 2 minute drive... Also very convenient. The house was well equipped and very clean and the owners super responsive.

Wonderful stay

Loved staying at this property. It was very clean and well appointed, Offered everything we needed for our 5 day stay. While we didn’t use the cooking utensils, it was nice to see that the owner had pots, pans, eating utensils etc. Would definitely consider staying at this proerty again next time we visit Charleston.

Location, location, location!

We had an awesome stay with a group of 3 couples. Awesome location close to Sullivans island, downtown Charleston, and only about a mile away from Shems creek (our favorite area). Home was clean and cozy with everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend!

Super location

This property is just over the bridge from downtown Charleston, and near. Patriot’s Point. It’s a busy area, but near EVERYTHING. The house was well equipped and our stay was very comfortable.

Enjoyable visit

The townhouse was clean, well maintained and conveniently located near both Daniel Island and Charleston. There are lots of restaurants in the area and a market within walking distance. The owner was very easy to work with and very prompt in responding to questions. There was even wine and a few treats to welcome us. The property was perfect for what we needed.

Ideal

Perfect location for our stay. 10 minutes to downtown Charleston. 10 minutes to Sullivan’s Island. Everyone had their own space inside the townhouse. We have visited the area numerous times and love staying in Mount Pleasant. Also this place is a hop, skip and a jump from Page’s Okra Grill, one of our absolute favorites. We loved the welcome basket and all of the goodies. Thank you!

Perfect Charleston Visit!

My mother-in-law and I took my daughter to Charleston for her 16th birthday and this place was absolutely perfect! All the essentials, plus a great grocery store was a 2 minute walk away. The townhouse was clean, safe and 15 minutes or less from everything you could want to do in Charleston. We stayed 4 nights/5 days and used Uber to get everywhere with no problems. We were able to visit downtown Charleston, Sullivan's Island, Shem Creek and Boone Hall Plantation. 100% would stay here again!

Disappointed with the lack of basic cleanliness of floors, counters, bathrooms. When notified the host, she said she would call shortly to discuss and never did. Nothing more than an apology for the inconvenience via text. Otherwise it was a good location for access to Mt Pleasant and Charleston activities.

Cunningham Townhouse

I rent often in the area to visit my daughter and her family. This comfortable townhouse is very nicely decorated and supplied in every way to meet the needs of a traveler. Situated perfectly for easy access to all areas it is attractive and functional for a small booking or a family. There is a fully equipped kitchen (many aren’t) and ample linens including beach towels (nice linens). Also a laundry area. The only lack I noted was no nightlights - not a necessity but appreciated by a renter of a certain age. I very much enjoyed my visit.

Perfect gathering place

My husband and I needed a place where we could hang with my three adult children and their partners (all of us from out of town) during Christmas week, as they were staying with their dad but wanted to celebrate with us, as well. This townhouse is conveniently located in suburban Mt. Pleasant, close to downtown Charleston. We didn’t need three bedrooms, but we liked the option in case anyone wanted to spend the night or take a nap (both happened!). More important was living spaces large enough to accommodate us for meals and game nights. This place checked all those boxes! The kitchen was large enough for half the group (or more) to cook and/or make drinks, the dining table seats eight (big plus) for meals and games, and the living room had plenty of seating for a group our size to lounge and play rousing board games.We were concerned about it backing up to a shopping center parking lot, but the property is well separated by fencing and landscaping (even in the dead of winter) and it’s a nice neighborhood to stroll through. I can’t think of any valid complaints, except that we had to opt for the 89 insurance instead of placing a reasonable deposit because the owner couldn’t correct the listing to capture 300 instead of the 3,000 noted in the listing. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and Clean

Perfect location to many attractions. Property is very nice and communication with the owner went smoothly. How nice it was to arrive to a wine and snack gift basket and fresh flowers - wow! We did not hear any noise, it is a very quiet neighborhood. I felt safe there with my elderly mother. I highly recommend this property.
