Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this newly renovated townhome in lower Mt. Pleasant.

Our townhouse has 3 private bedrooms, one has a King bed, one has a Queen bed, and the other has two twin beds. The king bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower and a walk-in closet. There is another full bathroom off of the upstairs hallway with tub/shower and plenty of nice towels. Smart TVs are in all the bedrooms and living room. Fast Wifi for all entertainment needs! Complementary parking for 2 vehicles in directly in front of townhouse.

Located halfway between Sullivan's Island beach and historic downtown Charleston. You are just a quick walk or bike ride (1.4mikes) to Shem Creek and all it has to offer.

This is the perfect location for couples, small groups, and families.

Absolutely NO Pets.
No parties.

Perfect Retreat for Charleston Adventures

We found the townhouse to be quiet, very clean, and comfortable. It was perfectly located for activities around Charleston, as well as shopping and restaurants. Jack was quick to respond and accommodated early check in for us based on our flight time. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Hidden Gem!

Close to everything, this was a very pleasant experience. Lots of space for everyone, nice kitchen, office and sitting room. Very cost and comfortable!

Phenomenonal home with everything you'll need for a family getaway! Perfect location with near by grocery stores! Make sure to visit Second state coffee and Lodi for your caffeine needs!

Cozy Home In Mount Pleasant

This was the perfect setup for our group's stay in Mount Pleasant. The home itself is quite charming, and had a seamless check-in experience. A huge plus was the inclusion of several bikes, which our group used to explore mount pleasant as well as the Charleston peninsula. I would highly recommend this stay, and would book again if I return to Mount Pleasant.

Fantastic Communication

Jack was extremely responsive and helpful. It was a great place for the weekend with my family coming into town for a wedding. The beds were comfortable! Would definitely recommend and will stay again in the future!

This is a great location and a quiet neighborhood. The inside of the house was beautiful, bright, clean, and has everything a person could want or need. The beds were amazing!!! Lots of extras…they have really thought of everything. I will definitely be back.

Long weekend family trip

This property was one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in. The furniture was so comfortable, the hosts were easily accessible and communicated well, and the location was ideal. I would stay here again for sure should I come back to the area. I loved everything about it and my husband is a disabled veteran with back issues and found the couch and the king bed exceptionally comfortable. Thank you again!!

Great place all around!

Easy access, great place to stay, plenty of room, beach chairs and umbrellas available, 3 bathrooms was awesome with 3 grown kids with us. There are some great restaurants in Mt Pleasant which was a big plus.

Great place!

The townhouse is very clean and just as described! It was perfect for our girls weekend. We had a great time and it was very conveniently located close to downtown Charleston. We had a small issue with the shower and Jack responded to the message right away and came and fixed it! Easy parking right in front. We loved our stay here!
