Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
First off the non-refundable reservation disappeared. I had to try to find a phone number to get it straightened out. However the front desk people were extremely helpful and got it straightened out. Second, the air conditioner was in the bathroom area and did not work well. The sheets though clean were scatchy, there was no water pressure the shower unless you turned it full hot, the "breakfast" was granola bars and apples, there was light showing between the door and outside, the door frame inside was coming off, of the two towels provided one was grey, they were very small, the bathmat was stained with something black. This was an old super 8 property it was very run down.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
They said they couldn't find my reservation and told me I needed to cancel and then asked me to pay in cash. Can't speak English. Communication is through Google and guessing. Charged me more then the site for a nasty room. Even stated they didn't like using this site. Oh and I was actually on their computer looking for my own reservation. St the end of it all the guy clapped his hands at me and said we are done. He's lucky it ended nicely. If this is what hotel.com offers I'll do as I'm doing now and book an Airbnb. I've had bad service but this turned me away from hotels all together.
