"We had a lovely time and this was our favourite property in New Zealand. Owners and staff were friendly, nice location that we found quite walkable. The communal pool and cabana area were lovely, we liked that they had games and books. We were very happy with this stay and would definitely recommend/stay again"

"The facility was immaculate and well kept. All amenities were modernized. The bed was extremely comfortable, all necessities were taken care of. Will at the desk was awesome and gave me some good suggestions for dinner. I certainly would return."

"Absolutely stunning property! The concierge helped us plan activities that were incredible! HIGHLY recommend the Koala experience, the Ultimate Penfold's Experience, and the RM Williams Experience (was unexpectedly AWESOME!!). Food was outstanding and the staff was super friendly. Wine selection was exceptional as well."

"Nice motel alot bigger complex than we expected. Had a lovely big comfy bed. Did think it was strange that the bottom sheet was not tucked into the base of the bed. Could hear people really clearly when they walked down the hallway passed our room. Was very convenient with shops across the road. We did enjoy our stay thank you. "

"Spacious, comfortable unit, though sofa and carpet looked a bit tired. Nice to have a comfy seat for watching tv or looking at the view. Staff pleasant and helpful. Good sized thermal pool for soaking (not swimming). Lakefront location is terrific and patio area is a nice place to sit and look across lake. Cafe close by for coffees too."

"Great because we could take out mini schnauzer. Has all the amenities needed. Washing machine use was a little pricey at $7 then $2 for dryer. Otherwise location perfect as it is a good distance from the busyness of town/tourists and access to lake and pathway perfect. "

"We had a very comfortable 2 night stay in the Jerusalem Suite with easy access to the kitchen shared with one other suite. We used the kitchen to self cater (as National Park has limited dining options and my partner is vegetarian) and made use of the oven and gas hob. We had the use of a fridge and the kitchen had all the pots, pans, utensils, etc needed for producing meals. Our room had a good sized bed, plus a sofa and table and a couple of dining chairs. A small wardrobe, but only three...

"Booked a superior apartment room for my partner and I. It was exactly as expected when we arrived. Clean and tidy. Plenty of parking. Close to Tongariro crossing about half an hour away and plenty of takeaways and restaurants at walking distance. "

Very comfortable

"I honestly really liked this place! It’s older, and you can tell it has a little wear and tear, but you can tell they do a good job keeping everything clean. There were plenty of blankets and pillows in the room if you wanted to add more to the bed, and the rooms were very spacious. I slept really well here and the water pressure was great in the shower. The staff was also super helpful when we brought up what hikes we had planned. They gave us lots of good tips!"
