"Overall, great place to stay. We came with family and hung out by the fire pit and played Jenga by the BBQ. rooms were spacious and clean. There is no front desk, which is fine, and they have a 800 number to call with questions and someone always answers. We weren't really accustomed to this and needed towels, but no none was at the hotel. we managed, so not that big of a deal. we will def stay here again next Shasta visit. "

"Mark at the from desk provided excellent customer service and the other gentleman later that night did as well. Needed some water and he was able to provide 4 complimentary bottles. Great job guys! Will be back!"
