You need carpeting upstairs- the amount of stomping around at 530am over the weekend was frustrating. I also understand not serving food right now- however to expect guests to not eat in the comfort of their own rooms and expecting them to eat out in a common area but not serving food is a little hypocritical to be honest. The facility was nice, i liked being able to come and go as i pleased.

Great place

The Inn was great, self check in was easy, the room was exactly as listed and the place was clean and quiet. The only issue we had was that the property manager uses Hosteeva instead of Vrbo for bookings so after paying Vrbo I received an email from Hosteeva saying my payment didn't go through. I had to submit a separate payment to Hosteeva which seemed a little sketchy at first, but it turned out fine. I would suggest booking directly with Hosteeva for the property to save yourself the Vrbo fee for a property they didn't actually book for you.

Exceeded My Expectations

The rooms were clean and tidy. The common areas were spacious and really nice. The manager texted us a few hours before our arrival to check in. I would definitely recommend Brook Road Inn and would stay there again if in the area.
