Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms were nice. Bad repairs have left the place scared. It could be really nice with a small amount of investment. Landscaping, trash clean up, and exterior walkways need power washed or cleaned

Filthy! Do not stay here! Was booked for 2 nights, only stayed for one. Rooms are dirty and dilapidated. There is an abandoned building next door that’s apparently been vandalized and did not make you feel safe to stay in that area.

I went in with low expectations for the price, but room was overall dirty beyond what one would expect still. We ended up not staying. The room was refunded which was nice.

Property is needing some updating and repairs. Noisy neighbors but that’s not on the property it’s on the people not being considerate. For the price I paid it was budget friendly and I set my expectations low and they were met. Checkin staff was nice and efficient . Will stay here again if I need to..

This was a last minute reservation, I was driving through on my way to the smoky mountains and was looking for an inexpensive place to stay for the night. Room was clean and with all the necessary things to make it an uneventful stay. Room was just like the pictures I see some people saying the opposite but at least in my case it was. Attendant at the counter was courteous and polite. As I say mine was a in and out stay and i was pleased overall with the room and the service and i’m rating it as such.

Dead roaches on the floor. Food and garbage all along the wall and under the bed. Whoever is cleaning the rooms is doing a horrible job. There was prob 15-20 cigarette burns in the bedding. Would never stay there again and recommend the health department doing a checkup.

The driving way is dim and hard to find from the road. Entire facility is old and nasty. Access to the stairs are inconvenient, dirty, and felt unsafe. Unconsumed popcorn was left in the microwave oven. Fridge and microwave oven are dirty. Very old weathered chair. The review rate was 2.5 stars. It must be too much and overrated.

Room was disgusting and seemed to not have been cleaned for some time. Con webs and dirty towels. Old food left in the frig and bodily fluids on the walls. Door did not lock to the room at all and the pictures provided are not what the room or property look like. This place is very runner down and if I would have had the money would have found some place better.

Um ..

This place looked nothing like the pictures in the ad. When we arrived, we thought we were in the wrong place. There was an abandoned building, crumbling, broken glass, nature trying to take it over (pictured)- and the hotel was at the top of the hill looking like something out of a horror movie. The keycard envelope even had safety tips stamped on it. We were tired, so we stayed .. but slept with our eyes open, I can tell you. The room itself was clean, but had a musty odor and was in bigly need of reno. If they cleaned up the lot next door, and spruced up the place, it would be a quiet place to stay. The office staff was very nice, and helpful though, so a good shout-out to them! I hope the place gets renovated.

Just keep driving...

The pillow case and bedspread were visibly soiled. The pillow case had what looked like a ring of hair gel sweat that had obviously not been washed. I was exhausted so I gathered blankets for picnicking from my car and laid those on the mattress with a ball of clothing for a pillow. There was hair still in the shower and on the bathroom floor and the carpet was very stained. Additionally, when I arrived the man at the counter tried to charge me again for my stay. I told him hotels.com already charged me. I had to pull up my bank account online and show him, only then did he "magically" find my reservation. Beware!

Do NOT stay here!!!!

Everything was disgustingly dirty. The shower was broken in one of our rooms. Soap in only one of the rooms. The beds were at least comfortable. This is in desperate need of repairs.
