"This is our second time to celebrate our anniversary at Honey Creek Cottage so you know we absolutely love it. However, there are a few things that could be improved: black out curtains in the bedrooms so we can take a nap; improved lighting in the bathroom; the bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been; tree removal/trimming so the view off the back porch wasn't so obscured; better (more comfortable) seating in the living room; we could t get the DVD player to work. "My husband and I stayed at this charming little house for a weekend getaway, and we absolutely loved it! We visited the Empty Cross and had a great time watching the birds and taking in the natural beauty. The location is perfect—close enough to Fredericksburg for a day trip. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was perfectly brewed. We’ll definitely be coming back. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming."
