"La habitación estaba sucia. Solo servía un ascensor los tres días que estuve. La fila era larga para poder accesar, y en la primera noche tuve que esperar 30 minutos para subir a la habitación. No había nevera y en el piso no había expendedora de hielo. Había que bajar al front desk para que te dieran el hielo. Destacó que fueron muy amables. La puerta no tenía el cartel de do not disturb y entraron a la habitación sin el consentimiento."

"Expensive valet parking . No self park that I could see. In room fridge was not working and lights in room were not all working. We had to wait over 2 hours for check in due to someone late check out and room not ready. Reservations were well in advance- 2 months - and we got to check in line after 530 pm. "

"Booked this for rooftop then they closed it for renovations after the free cancellation ended. Whole hotel needs a Reno— v basic looking. Like a holiday inn. Ice machines were out, vending machines gave us hot drinks. No pool no rooftop. Staff was amazing. I ordered wine and balloons, they knew my arrival time; when we arrived, ice had melted and balloons were deflated"
