"This setting was amazing and it is a cozy little bungalow. It is very peaceful and the host was very responsive. The lake is a great place to relax and they also have kayaks for the guests. We would go bask anytime."

"The place was perfect for us. Plenty of space and everything we needed. We went to the wrong house first because there are two streets with the same name in the town so that was a little confusing. It was explained it just didn’t really sink in. I thought there were two houses with same number on the street. Host was super helpful!"

"This is my new favorite place to take my family in Arkansas for a vacation. Our ages ranged from 10 months old to 55 and it has something for everyone! The property is breathtaking and the house we rented is beautiful! We rode atv trails, we fished in all three ponds, and spent time looking at caves and at the private lake. We enjoyed the indoor pool as well as the game room. The house was large enough that everyone had enough space and the kitchen was amazing as well. I only had a few very small complaints that did not make our trip any less enjoyable. There really isn’t an outdoor grill to use, there were several light bulbs out and some of the ceiling fans were not working but there were other fans. . The owner actually stays on-site sometimes and in a bottom portion of the main house. This was concerning at first but he has his own entrance and it did not bother us at all. This is a very large property that requires a lot of work and now that I’ve been I understand that. Joe is very nice, very helpful and we are thrilled to have found this place! Can’t wait to go back!"
