Super cute & comfortable with everything you need for your stay. It was very clean and stocked with extras like paper towels and toilet paper and dish detergent and lots of shampoo & body wash. The ice maker was a surprise bonus. I purposely booked this cabin because the pictures showed a recliner in the living area. That was so nice to have for my husband's achy back. Parking is right outside the door and on level ground. Located less than two blocks from the town square, though it's an uphill walk. This was my first VRBO experience and it couldn't have gone better. I received an email with all the information I needed to access the cabin upon arrival and instructions for steps to follow when I left. I will book this cabin again if/when we return to the area.

Shutters on windows were inoperative wands missing need to replace. Too much light from street lights on the hill to sleep properly. Could use another front step, a little high. Otherwise great. Loved the bathroom squirt bottles.

We liked the cabin! We wanted to explore the area more, but the high temperatures and humidity made that impossible. The only downside was that I should have shut off the ice machine in the refrigerator. It kept waking me up. Excellent place to stay.

CALM PEACEFUL GETAWAY

CABIN WAS JUST ADORABLE AND PERFECT SIZE FOR 2 ADULTS. WE EXPLORE THE ENTIRE TOWN AND WHEN HORSEBACK RIDING. MAINLY THE CABIN WAS OUR BEST CHOICE. SIT OUTSIDE ON PORCH SWING AND COULD EVEN HEAR SOME MUSIC.

Turkey Trot

Check in was easy. We have stayed in this cabin several times under previous ownership. Everything looked as expected when we arrived about 6:30 pm. We did note that the instructions regarding the door lock said to press the "X" on the lock box to lock from the outside. There is not an " X" on the box but the pic of a padlock worked. About 10pm I turned on lights over the stove and sink. I was surprised to see a greasy stove top, food stuck to the sides of the sink and in the drain, and coffee stains beside the coffee pot. Considering the time, I did not call the host. I cleaned up what I found but took some pics after I thought about it. I did not clean the stove since we were not planning to use it. My husband commented that the lawns of the host cabins had not been mowed but the other ones in the area had been. Maintenance was not as I had experienced in the past. No other issues were noted. We enjoyed the cabin otherwise.
