"Great Hotel: I enjoy the free breakfast and friendly staff. It is very quiet for sleeping and the beds are comfortable. You can walk to Castro, street in 10 min. to enjoy dinner outside and many coffee shops! The free parking is safe too."

"Request in advance for any additional towels or cleaning the room. I requested my room to be cleaned the staff said they are at capacity then I said just replace the towels. When I came back around midnight, my room was not cleaned nor towels has been replaced"

The mirror was not over the sink ALSO WEIRD. I have to give a great compliment to Andres who works for housekeeping since he was very attentive and we spoke briefly everyday. "
