Overall, acceptable for a night stay before a super early transfer, but we really wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer than that. The noise from other guests opening and closing their door each night was very loud. We were also facing the train station so that was equally as loud. The rooms need a serious makeover and aren't up to 2024 standards in my opinion. Bathroom didn't feel overly clean, but I think that's more the interiors than anything else. We booked last minute and wouldn't book again.

Location was good for the mountains. The property is very tired. The restaurant was non existent it simply wasn’t open with no explanation but much of Moutiers seemed shut down and we had to hunt for somewhere to eat each night. Only saw staff at breakfast, although helpful when we did see them :)

Our hostess was very friendly and accommodating and even offered to make us eggs for breakfast (even though it wasn’t part of the free continental breakfast)

Great pre-ski stopover
We weren't sure what to expect - but were pleasantly surprised! this was a perfect stopover before our first day's skiing in Val Thorens, Room was fine, well equipped, and location great. The only negative was that the bin hadn't been emptied!

COULDN'T CHECK INTO THEIR KIOSK, STILL NO REFUND!!
They have no front desk, so you have to check in using a kiosk. The kiosk had an error and couldn't check me in. they leave a phone number listed outside to call. I'm visiting from the USA, so I had to use international data to try to call, which has a message in french that sounds like its disconnected. I then had to call hotels.com which kept me on hold, while I'm standing outside in the cold. Its been over a week and I still haven't gotten a refund because they need to get approval from the hotel to refund even though I could never check in.

Perfect for what we wanted - somewhere to stay for a single night after travelling from the UK and before we could access our main holiday accommodation. Rooms were quiet and it was easy to park outside. If you are looking for 5 star accommodation this is not for you, but what else will you get at this price?

Super Location, Super Welcome
Clean and comfortable room convenient to the train and bus transfer station. Safe car parking available nearby (free overnight and on Sundays). The room was well appointed with a tea kettle and coffee. Breakfast was quite good. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Accueil moyen ! Caution de 100€ du jamais vu … « car de nombreuses personnes fument, partent avec leur clé ou un oreiller « . Chambre mal insonorisée et qui mériteraient un bon rafraîchissement tout comme la salle de bain.

Désolé que vous n’ayez pas était satisfait. En effet depuis que nous avons mis en place ce système de caution le nombre d’incident a chuté. Nous avons remarqué que cela dérangeait uniquement ceux qui aurait potentiellement fumé dans la chambre… Les chambres sont en cours de rénovation. C’est pour cela que nous avons différentes catégories de chambres et les moins chères comme celle que vous avez choisi sont aussi celle qui sont vieillissantes donc jusque là rien d’anormal. Vous avez eu la chambre que vous avez payé.

BonjourMerci pour votre retour. Cependant avant de critiquer la chambre vous devriez apprendre à effectuer votre réservation correctement pour ne pas être déçu. Vous avez choisi une chambre d’entrée de gamme, la catégorie classique qui est la moins chère. Et vous pensiez avoir une suite ou une chambre en catégorie deluxe qui sont les plus chère. Si vous aviez regardé correctement le site en choisissant votre chambre vous auriez sélectionné la bonne chambre que vous souhaitiez. Je pense qu’il s’agit surtout d’un manque de moyen sinon vous auriez pris la chambre moderne bien évidemment

Hôtel dans son jus mais correct
La chambre ne propose pas de sèche cheveux, elle est chauffée avec des anciens radiateur qui ne sont pas super efficace. Le parking est en bord de route et en zone bleu. L’hôtel au globale est en cours de rénovation

Merci pour votre retour. Nous sommes en effet en plein changement. Des sèches cheveux sont en cours d'installation dans l'ensemble des chambres, et nous rénovons nos chambres avec des équipements plus modernes. Il y aura encore un peu d'attente pour que tout soit fini mais c'est en cours
