"This is definite faded grandeur. The ground floor looks and feels beautiful but the rest of the hotel is tatty - not helped by a lack of cleaning In some of the common parts. Staff were slightly taciturn, but we went out of season and they might have been busy doing other things. The location though is fantastic and, crucially, there is a good breakfast! This hotel could be so much better with some love. As it is, it is over priced."

"There aren’t enough words to describe the magic of this property. We arrived after 22:00 in full darkness and woke up to the sounds of birds with a gentle breeze coming through the double doors on the balcony looking out over the mountains to the Mediterranean Sea. You eat breakfast overlooking the pool on a covered stone patio. Breakfast items vary from eggs and bacon to homemade apple cake and bread to freshly picked grapes and figs. "Friendly staff welcomed me on arrival. I was given a good sized room which was very clean and comfortable. Used the restaurant twice with food being excellent on both occasions. Lovely location with great views. Parking a little chaotic but fine if you don’t mind parking a little away from the hotel."

"This Villa is so beautiful & kept very clean. You do very much need a car as approximately 40 minute drive to Paphos Harbour & 30 minute drive in the other direction to Polis! The scenery around the Villa is stunning & is also very peaceful apart from being there when the Hunting season started on Sunday 24/08/25! The pool is an amazing size & good depth only thing the family found was the slope in the pool from shallow to deep end was constantly very slippery and the Roman steps into the pool was also slippery & felt it would be a good idea to put a handrail there! The only other thing we found was the hanging space in the master bedroom wardrobe was not suitable it had hooks pushed into the above shelf jotted around & was very awkward to hang clothes also the downstairs bedroom had no hanging space in the wardrobe at all! Communication with Katrina & George was superb & replied back to you almost immediately! Our family from Plymouth and us from Luton met at Paphos airport & spent 2 weeks at the villa and must say we have made some fantastic memories and had quality family time together! George popped round at the end off our first week cleaned the pool & did a couple off jobs, he brought us a lovely cake (and believe me it was so tasty) and picked some peaches off the trees for us, well they were beautiful tasty & juicy (Thankyou George) Hecalso provided all clean towels, bedding etc x Will definitely be returning as absolutely stunning "
