"I booked a room at this hotel for a day because it was close to the mall, but the room smelled damp and moldy. It was also located directly across from the housekeeping storage room where they keep and collect their supplies. There was a lot of noise in the morning, and we could hear all their conversations from inside the room. Breakfast is available, but there isn’t much variety."

"Good experience but the street in front of the hotel is noisy in the evening. Before my arrival, I ask for transportation and nobody answer to my email."

"First let me say, the staff here are lovely and very professional, however this hotel is far from a 4 star. I checked in and found ROACHES (several) in by bathroom, and the AC was not working in several of the rooms I was moved to. I had to change rooms 3x before finding one acceptable. Room service is subpar, and i found my bed sheets had stains when they would change the bed. This hotel needs renovation badly. I gave 2 stars because the staff was really nice otherwise it’s a 0. Will not be booking here again. "
