"Talk about a true hacienda in the Campo. Love it! Except the Gregorio room this room was near reception and the street very loud and could hear everything. "

"I can only speak on what I experienced, the staff was great with check in and my breakfast in the am. I arrived around 7p so I’m not sure what all the hotel offers as I checked in and got right to bed but it would’ve been nice to have a tv, softer mattress and some heat. I ended up sleeping in my hoodie to help with the cold. "

"So much noise.. I heard music until 2 am then I woke up with cleaning ladies noise at 7.. no sound isolation at all you can hear everything outside. The receptionist so kind. People very nice and kind but I couldn’t sleep, bathroom no good."
