"I booked this property 8 months ago. I chose it because it was one of the only ones that had a swimming pool in the area that I was going to look at. First thing about getting to this hotel is that you have to go down a very long bumpy dirty unsafe road. Everything is covered in this brown dust which is a combination of feces and soil. It's extremely uncomfortable to drive on. Once I arrived at the hotel I really wanted to like the place. One of the owners seemed friendly, and the staff also...

"Very bad acces road especially after rain. Away from main road and any big shop. Breakfast was always late and room next to kitchen is a nightmare. No night time so no good sleep for you (noises). Owners are friendly but they need to be more serious about guests. No hot water in shower. Heater broken? No bin bags. Doors and windows are not soundproof like stated on www. Good view on the city may compensate above issues. I would come back but this time only on top floor."

"The place felt very safe and in a nice setting with plenty of green outside space. Rooms were very clean and spacious with nice private front terraces. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the onwer, Agnes, who arranged sightseeing trips in the area, airport transfer (15 mins) and other transport for us. "The entire property is a little gem a hotel and reasonably priced! Im from the USA and the Galaxy is my preferred choice in hotels. It always clean. All the rooms are nice and all have TVs and cable. The restaurant on Roof Top serves great food and you cant beat the FREE BREAKFAST! Its location is perfectly located near downtown where you can walk to shop or catch a Boda or Taxi to town. Awesome Manager, helpful, and friendly Staff!"

"Easy location near the Entebbe airport from which to start and finish your tour of western Uganda's National Parks. There is a mall with dining options and a food market connected to the hotel. The staff was excellent and the room (with a small balcony) was fine. There numerous monkeys to see in the rear of the premises."

The staff are particularly accommodating and learn guests' names, the grounds are within a peaceful green park, multiple restaurants with ambient settings, breakfast is superb, the rooms are extremely clean with excellent hot water, and the room patios have a nice view.
