"Wonderful condo/townhome steps from downtown Estes Park. The property was clean, with fresh furnishings, fixtures, and decor. When we arrived, there were several elk across the stream to welcome us to Colorado. My kids and I loved listening to the stream, and my son even did fly fishing in it (with/ a fishing license). This was really an awesome vacation rental, and we couldn't have been happier. I'd definitely recommend this spot to friends and family. "

"Cute little cluster of vacation condos. Easy 5-8 minute walk to downtown. There's a river in the back of the property that winds around the front as well and meanders all the way downtown. Living area, kitchen and 1/2-bathroom downstairs, two bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Cute little patio with table and flowers (and the occasional elk, who also enjoyed the flowers!) on the lower level and a little balcony on the from bedroom upper level. We slept with the windows cracked open for the white noise and fresh air from the river and it was sublime! There are plenty of nice little touches throughout in terms of function, decor and practical needs. It was clean & well-stocked with easy check-in. Maps had us circling a couple of times because it's a little tucked away behind a little shopping area, but it was well worth the extra minute of looking! We'd definitely stay here again!"

"Cabins are old but quaint. They have character! Very clean, the staff friendly and thoughtful, our room wasn't ready until after 5, it was raining so we had to wait in the car, they gave a complimentary bottle of wine and mini golf tickets. If you want a fun small cabin near a river without fancy dancy features this is for you. It's close to town and RMNP."
