"I spent 11 days at the resort and was thoroughly impressed by the customer service, attentiveness, cleanliness, and overall resort performance. In particular, there were several people that went above and beyond to include Sabina and Catherine in the dining hall; bartender Paul and multiple other drink servers; and managers Mercer and Defence. I was also impressed with the Spa, in so much I had four spa services. Although the spa is somewhat small for a resort this size, that didn’t take away from the professionalism and expert services demonstrated by Berniece (I believe that’s her name) and Vivian. A major observation I have is that I strongly encourage management to have hand sanitizer accessible for employees and guest throughout the resort specifically in the dining hall, and where food is served for obvious hygienic reasons."

"So to be honest, this hotel did not feel like a five star hotel at all. It felt more like an elevated three star hotel. The bedsheets were not very white. The towels were not very white either the ground of the property nice big Special you know greenery everywhere however the feel of the place was not 5 that it was not luxury. It was more like a three star hotel elevated so that took away from the experience for me because I expected more but the staff very helpful. Very amazing people so that was the plus for me."

"The spa was excellent, the ambiance of the resort is great It would have been helpful if breakfast was served until 11 AM not 10 AM, as you have to be out of your room by 10 The beach outside the hotel is dissapointing, but you can walk along for a few hundred metres and get the nice beach It was my girlfriends birthday whist we were there, they noticed and did two special treats for her All in all, a great experience, I really do recommend the seafood platter at the beach bar "
