"Very nice hotel. We were unable to book a massage but we used the mineral pools. Very relaxing. Went back to the room and our tv didn’t work. They were unable to fix. It wasn’t that important, we were tired and had our phones. The big disappointment was our dinner. The dining area and bar was nice but we were very disappointed with our meals. We opted to leave early and not to eat breakfast there. "

Best Western Plus Hood River Inn

"The room and bathroom were both clean and comfortable. I enjoyed our river view patio, and the very nice restaurant with the river view. Food was very good."

"Our first room was very small, and the bed was on wheels. When my disabled husband attempted to sit down, the bed rolled backward. Thankfully, he was not injured, but it was a serious safety concern. After I spoke with the staff, we were moved to an accessible room, which was 100% better. It was spacious enough for my husband to move around comfortably, and the bed was sturdy and stayed in place. Overall, the rooms feel somewhat dated, and the brown towels were an unusual choice. The breakfast was also disappointing, especially after reading the positive reviews and expecting something better. The only gluten-free options available were an orange or an apple, and even the yogurt was not gluten-free. They were also out of ice cream when I tried to order some from the front desk. In addition, the room phones were not working, so there was no way to contact the front desk without walking to the office."

"This property was absolutely beautiful and was perfect for a relaxing last stop on our way home from girls weekend. The double king rooms with the private hot tub was wonderful! The super sized outdoor TV on the private patio was so awesome! The restaurant was friendly with a delicious menu! Best stay!!"
