"Staff are very friendly and helpful whenever assistance is needed. Room is ordinary but it's generally clean and tidy. Breakfast is very nice with lots of food variety and much local produces are included. One down side of hotel is that it doesn't have under cover and secure parking with only limited numbers of street spaces available."

"Super amazing hotel. Slightly dated but very clean and family friendly. Important thing is a ski in ski out with great buffet dinner for food. We had snow crab legs free flow!!! "

The onsen was also fantastic, providing the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. I am so glad I chose this place and will definitely be returning on my next trip.
