"Breakfast was delicious. If you have meat restrictions make sure to let them know before food is delivered. They substituted some menu items for me to accommodate my diet preferences. I rented a bike for only 1500 yen for the entire day. Great way to see the whole city. Open bar for one hour every day. "

"Not a good hotel for elderly. Our room was tiny and did not have an exterior window. You have a step up to the bathroom and a huge climb getting into the tub to take a shower. Breakfast spread was large but always the same and everything was cold. Was convenient to train station and had a convenience store close. Not a lot of local restaurants but train station had many food choices, Would not stay here again."

"The room was spacious, nice and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel decor like a library looks beautiful. The staff was nice and helpful. The free parking is very convenient. The breakfast has a lot of varieties so everyone can find something of its liking. The location is convenient, very close to the subway and the airport."

"Great location - less than a minute walk from Hakata train station and metro. In a side street, so away from all the pedestrian traffic and noise. Super quiet. Room was clean and even includes a massage chair. Bathroom was large and good supply of warm water. Self-check in and out - kinda awkward not interacting with staff. Lobby has amenities to take."

"The staff outside of the hotel and the parking staff are not helpful , not helping to move the luggage to the car for two old ladies until we ask for help. The hotel location is good , the room size is ok but the toilet has strong smell. It has own parking charge 12000 per night. The reception staff was nice and helpful ."

"I stayed here simply to get the experience of staying in a capsule hotel. After having done it, it’s not to my preference but if I was in a pinch, or was traveling on a tighter budget, I’d 100% stay here again. Super convenient location, nice area to relax in and plenty of space for washing up. It’s a little odd to me not having onsite staff you can talk to, but it was still super convenient. My only issues were the noise at night (I’m sure we’re all shocked) and the cleanliness of the showers specifically, they could use a renovation. Otherwise it was quite nice."
