"The location to our family members was the main reason we chose Hyatt Place. Everyone on staff was friendly although we had to ask for Housekeeping to clean our room. No one mentioned on check in that apparently they only clean your room when you ask them to do it. The hotel had a lot of guests over the weekend we were there & they had only one elevator as the second one was out of service. Several guests mentioned it had been down for multiple days prior & was down the 4 days we stayed. As you can imagine there was considerable wait to get to the 5th floor where our room was located. I don’t know what the problem was with the non functioning elevator but I would think they would be more insistent with whoever maintains it to get it fixed. The buffet breakfast was good, better than a lot of other hotels. I’m sure we would have no problem staying there again when we are visiting our family as it is a nice property & located close to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go."

"Absolutely outstanding! I travelled solo, and the safety of this property was exceptional. No one can get into the parking garage or elevators without a room key. Luggage carts in the garage, took it right over to my car and then right into the elevator and up to my room. The room was HUGE!!!! Free breakfast and dinner buffet that was delicious. Free drinks in the evening, if you drink alcohol. Super safe and clean, indoor and outdoor pool and patio, hot tub too. Literally hands down the best property I have ever stayed at. Staff was superb!!!!"
