"Room was great and included everything I could need (one exception - full length mirror!!). Great service from front desk. All parking is valet. Bed was lush and very comfortable. Did notice that the carpet is coming up on the front stairs to the lobby - made it difficult to bring luggage up to check in (and did notice another guest trip). Doors are old and a little tricky to lock. AC/fan was great. Plenty of towels, complimentary water bottles. Otherwise great stay!"

"Everything was great. My only suggestion is that - sadly the pastry nook is closed. There isnt an option for a coffee bar complimentary. I had to get coffee from the restaurant for my partner when he was sick- I bought two coffees so he would not have to make a trip and it was over $20 for a couple of coffees (I got one). I was like - this is kinda silly. And parking valet is the only option if not on the street parking and that is $65 a night. So it was wonderful but - it would be great if those little things were complimentary. The food was good at the restaurant. Not great but good. The best thing besides the view from our room - was the staff is very good. Everyone is VERY good. Maybe I could say - they are great. The lady who checked us in - the cleaning team- anyone I asked for anything - the doormen (doorpeople) - the people in the restaurant and bars. Very good staff. The hotel is a little "dated" but I hope it stays kinda retro because it is a historic hotel. I just hope they somehow do something even if they have to add $20 a night to the rooms - to have the valet parking be free and give the visitors a free coffee barn downstairs. My room only had one coffee cup and no milk so making coffee in the room did not work."

"Good place, love the room very nice to have my own kitchen. It's very unique and strange to have a hotel that you need to punch in a code to get into before checking in. One thing I mind is the ice machine in the refrigerator is very loud when it's doing it's thing."
