"Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages. "Perfect area in the old part of town. Be prepared to experience some noise from all kinds of activities around the hotel area. All kinds of shops, restaurants and entertainment in the surrounding area. Simple but good breakfast with very nice view over Batumi on the top floor of the building. "

"Everything is great and view is unforgettable. Stuff is excellent! Some basic items need to be upgraded. Shower and toilet require restoration. Mattress at “glass bedroom “ is out of service already need to be replaced to more advanced."
