"Oda temizdi ve şehir merkezine yakın konumdaydı. Bunlar haricinde her şey kötüydü. Yardımcı olacak birini bulamadık. Bomboştu otel. Bir apartmanın en üst katı. Asansör yok. Görevli yok. Hiç bir şey yok. Önce rezervasyonunuz yok dendi. 3katı indik sonra diğer otelmiş dendi. Sonra geri çıktık. Sonra burasıymış dediler. Basit bir rezervasyonu bile bulamadılar. Ne ütü ne saç kurutma makinesi hiç biri yok. İsteyeceğimiz bir görevlide yoktu."

"Here was amazing, the breakfast was superb, the kids were running arround, because the hotel is first line on the lake. Also you can enjoy the free entrance to their pool club which is 800 meters away. Amazing stay! "
