"We had an unfortunate start to our trip where, due to an error between TV and Expedia systems, are bookings were gone, even though we had paid months in advance. The situation was saved by the fast work of Vanit, the manager, who very quickly resolved the matter and provided a welcome upgrade. He also made sure he was around during the stay to ensure we were happy and enjoying ourselves. What could have been a disaster ended up being a wonderful stay! It’s a beautiful resort and a fantastic location!"

Lots of little things they do right - plenty of hot water for bath / shower, lots of towels, TV has international channels and multiple languages as well as apps, the food is very, very good from the restaurant, the staff amazing and always helpful and friendly.
