"My room was very clean and the staff cleaned it during my 3 night stay. Unfortunately, I had no wifi for my whole stay. That was crucial for my business. Also, off my balcony they kept cows which was very unsightly. Also, I booked through Expedia and they could not find my reservation which made ..."

"I landed at Entebbe airport at 11:00pm, reaching the hotel where no body welcome me, my room was in the 5th floor, I carried my suit case alone, very bad bed with two mattresses, TV was not working and the AC, sometimes good sometimes bad."
