"A Pousada Amanhecer é maravilhosa e a equipe muito educada e atenciosa. Viajei com a família e criança pequena. A piscina grande é aquecida por trocador de calor, o que a deixa morna, mas não impede de usar mesmo no frio. A hidro, por sua vez, fica mais quentinha. Quanto mais frio o tempo, mais a piscina aquece. Só o que me afetou na viagem não foi sobre a pousada, mas a BR até Palmeiras, com muitos buracos (e uso eufemismo), e também a estrada da zona rural até a pousada, que é terra e adiante...

I never expect a hotel to offer me what wasn’t advertised and at the same time I don’t tolerate receiving a room where the things that were advertised upon booking, are broken or malfunctioning. "Chegamos por volta das 14:00 e a reserva não foi confirmada pela funcionária que nos atendeu. Não nos permitiu fazer o checkin nos obrigando a “passear” pela cidade até que ela pudesse “confirmar” a reserva. A funcionária, que parecia ser camareira, foi hostil e deselegante, sem sabermos o motivo, já que não insistimos no checkin. Retornamos por voltas das 18:00 e já tinha recepção."

"Very helpful with locating a local coffee shop and pizza bar for dinner. Front desk was available on watsapp to answer questions which was nice. Breakfast was excellent!"

"My new favorite hotel! Charming room and public spaces. Thoughtful touches like blankets for outdoor dining and colored towel clips so you can keep your towels straight. Restaurant has a beautiful view of the river. Nice breakfast buffet. Dinner is good, but a limited menu. Four minute walk to center of town where there are tons of restaurants and shops. Front desk staff doesn’t speak any English, but there is a very helpful concierge who does. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Esperava mais pelo preço, o primeiro quarto o ar condicionado fazia um barulho horrível e só ventilava, o banheiro com vazamento do boxe, no outro dia trocaram a gente de quarto culpando o sistema que segundo eles era pra esse quarto estar bloqueado, nesse segundo quarto o banheiro tb com vazamento além de não ter suporte para toalha e papel higiênico, além disso faltou o nicho no banheiro que tinha no outro, percebemos que outros hóspedes tb reclamavam e que o hotel tinha passado por uma reforma e provavelmente não estava pronto para receber hóspedes !"

"There was virtually no one else staying in this large hotel when we were there which gave a bit of an odd sense. Rooms were super comfortable, breakfast was too big for us to eat, and the quietness around was lovely. We had trouble communicating and understanding the property and the shuttle to the town was not operating so we had to walk up the hill every evening after deal - not a big deal, but you arrived back hot and sticky every evening. We were looking for some help with hiking trails and where to see wildlife and did not receive that. The town is beautiful and we found some great food choices, but again nothing recommended by the hotel."
