"This is a historic property and you are getting a a room with a bed and have two shared bathrooms available. We stayed there and the room was cute and felt like a period piece. The breakfast was excellent! Breakfast burrito, hashbrowns and strawberries. Great stay and lots of charm."

"We were in SE Alaska for 10 days and our favorite place to stay was this beautiful house! It looked as though we had walked into someone’s personal home! It was beautifully (and expensively) appointed, furnished and cared for! I have stayed in many, many rentals over the years, but this one stands out over all of them! After a busy day of hiking and winding through sightseers, this was welcome a respite."
