The Guest Cabin Holiday Home

"Loved the location. Did have an issue when we arrived. Apparently, the cabin was booked the night before but wasn't cleaned before our arrival. Communicated with host and she got a cleaning service to come out in about an hour. We were still able to move stuff in and what not in the meantime. My mother in-law and wife felt the cleaning could be better. The footboard on one of the beds was loose and would fall down. I tried to secure it and ended up using a ratchet strap between it and the headboard to keep it from falling. Was told by host that we needed to bring our own wood for a campfire but found out they had plenty of wood on site. All in all, we still enjoyed our stay and will probably be back."

"We had a great stay. This is a beautiful home nestled in a Northwoods forest. The home is well appointed, including a very well-stocked kitchen, including spices and sharp knives. Appliances and furnishings are high quality. The design of the home is unique and appealing. We enjoyed renting a boat from the nearby marina and having the ability to tie up at the home's dock during the day. Other outdoor features like the fire ring (with firewood) and smoker/grill were also great to have. The property location is in a very quiet forested area, but also a short drive from downtown Three Lakes."

"We had a very relaxing stay at Deer Haven. The property was very clean and comfortable. The location was peaceful and quiet. The host was quick to answer questions. My family really enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboard. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quieter Northwoods experience away from the usual tourist hustle."

"The home, space on the property, and dock was plenty big enough to allow my family to spread out. The theater room and game room were big hits with the entire group. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. The bedrooms had all the towels and toiletries needed for the entire week. Plus the lake was full of fish. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a house on the three lakes chain."

Cozy Cottage on Maple Lake in Three Lakes, WI

"We enjoyed sitting in the porch and watching nature and the lake through the leaves. The issue we had was the small amount of space between the wall and the edge of the bed. We had to walk sideways to the point where we got into bed. Being 70 years, it was not impossible, but trying to be careful to not damage the blinds on the window was awkward."

"This was a wonderful house with a communicative and helpful host. We were on a girls trip and this was a great house with lots of space. Great location with access to a dock and close to golf and restaurants. Definitely plan to visit again!"

"Beautiful cabin on a very quiet lake. The kids had a blast fishing and swimming off the dock. That Cabin was comfortable and clean. The only negative I would note would be, if you are planning on bringing your own motor boat like I did, you won’t be able to get it onto the lake. There is no public launch on this lake and the channel to it from an adjacent lake was too small and shallow for my boat (16’). Not a fault of the property, mine for not looking into it more before bringing it up with us. Had a great time, would rent again."
