"Great price! The manager, D Arianna was fantastic. She was training in an employee when we were checking in and the next day was cleaning the breakfast tables and area like the tazmanian devil. She deserves a raise!"

"Great week at this property with top notch extras including saunas, hot tub, cold plunge tanks, paddle boards, floating dock, and a massage chair that I can't live without now! The waterfront is fair, but a short boat ride out with the floating dock and even our toddlers could play in the water without any weeds. All the kids spent hours in the water all week. Inside was clean, tidy, and well stocked. The patio had furnishings for 6 plus a second picnic style table which easily sat our 6 littles. They LOVED the inflatable slide as well, which was easily set up. GREAT place!"

"The private beach was great, lake was clear and shallow which was great for our group of young kids. Host responsiveness was quick and helpful. We had an issue with the pellet grill and the oven and the host filling in was quick to alleviate that with dropping off a new gas grill. House cleanliness needed a little improvement- which was communicated to the host. We cleaned a lot upon arrivalThe house updates are very cute! Large deck was awesome and the view from the house was great. Some cons- there is no storage space for a larger group of guests bringing in food, snacks, etc..lots of closets and the garage were locked, so assuming one of those was a pantry that could have been utilized as storage. A lot of the doors(especially bathroom doors) weren’t shimmed in correctly, so they wouldn’t even shut all the way, or were so hard to close and open that middle of the night bathroom users woke others in the house. No scissors to be found in the house. Bed pillows were so so thick and the pillows in the bunk room weren’t in sheets- just in the decorative shams. Thermostat was very inaccurate, but thankfully the house stayed ice cold in the heat and humidity. Only half the toaster worked. And the fly situation- never seen anything like it. Tons of large and small flies all over, which appears that hosts are trying to help that by having fly traps out. The water in the house smelled bad, so our guess was the flies were drain flies. Hosts were very friendly through messages."

"Amazing property! Well-equipped house up 65 steps from the lake. The lake was very quiet the entire week we were there. The town of Vergas is adorable and Lida Farm is close by for produce. I recommend for an active group who likes to be up with the sun and active til dark."

"The host has supplied items that were very valuable to us. There was a charcoal grill, propane grill, propane, some life jackets to go with the paddle boat, many kitchen utensil and small appliances (fully equipped kitchen) and much more. The master bed mattress was very comfortable and enhanced sleep. We were not in need of anything else except our groceries!"
