"After looking at the other CGH property, we had lot of expectation. But it was completely disappointment. The area outside the property entrance has exposed driange canals. The gutter smell, mosquitoes really made us ponder why we chose this over the over. The property was well maintained. Inside Stay was comfort. But the breakfast really disappointed. "A perfectly charming hotel with the friendliest, most thoughtful staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We were there five nights in a spacious room with beautiful appointments. The pool is perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. The front desk arranged a sailboat cruise for us and yoga every morning on the roof at 6:30 AM. I can’t wait to come back to this dreamy place a block from the ocean. "

"La Plege is a lovely place with a great location, perfect for enjoying Pondicherry’s beaches and nearby attractions. The staff is very friendly, and the overall hospitality made our visit comfortable. A special mention to the Manager, who was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. One small concern was about the sandwiches at the counter, which could be improved in terms of freshness and presentation. Apart from that, it was a pleasant experience and a nice place to relax."
