"A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. "Grand Heykel Hotel is a short distance from all the main Bursa attractions. It is right opposite (2 minutes walk) from the famous (First one opened in 1867) Bursa Iskendar Kebab Restaurant. We had a pleasant stay at Grand Heykel and would definitely stay again; however, will choose Family Suite next time as the Triple room was a bit smaller for us."
