"Apartamento espetacular!!! O apartamento muito fofo, organizado e extremamente limpo. Todos os utensílios do apto estavam em perfeito estado de conservação. Os quartos com camas muito confortáveis. "Fabulous hotel. Room, bathroom and communal areas all spotless and comfortable...only recommendation would be to provide more hooks or storage in the room, but this was only a very minor issue for us! Room is cleaned and towels replenished only at your request. This was communicated very clearly upon our arrival and not an issue for us at all. There is always someone on Reception. Lobby and chill out areas wonderfully quirky. I cannot comment on the food as we didn't eat at the hotel during our stay but drink choice was great. Bar is open until very late. The free complementary drink for each guest was a nice touch too. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Request for extra pillows was not a problem at all. Hotel is perfectly located to both Europa-Park and Rulantica...a pleasant walk through the pretty town of Rust. Free themed lockers available. Two supermarkets, Lidl and Edeka serving fresh pastries, salad etc on your doorstep. Great to access if you want to keep your holiday to a tighter budget. Would we stay here again...absolutely!!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Voya. The 2 bedroom villa was just as listed on the photos, very clean, and cozy and the most comfortable bedding I’ve slept on this trip. There is parking for the villas which was convenient. The location was very convenient to Europa Park which was the reason for our stay. There are a few restaurants and gas stations nearby making it a convenient stay. We did not the breakfast but they did have free coffee. There was not a laundry facility but we drove nearby to a wash me before departing. Everything was perfect except we did have someone come into the room unexpectedly while we were inside. He did apologize but this is definitely a safety concern that we could not lock and secure the room while inside."

"This is the perfect location for visiting the Black Forest right at the edge of the city of Frieburg (allowing no cars, in case you weren't aware). We stayed for two nights hiking in the area and visiting the Open Air Museum. Frieberg was charming for late afternoon/evening activities. The hotel is not fancy, but perfect for most as it is well maintained, guest oriented and extremely clean. Parking is available for 15e per night. The complimentary simple buffet breakfast provided each morning was a wonderful way to start each day. Service by both the front desk and breakfast staff was friendly, genuine and excellent. Inexpensive laundry service was available with quick turnaround, which was so helpful as we were close to finishing a multi-week trip. Restaurant recommendations provided were thoughtful and perfect for our needs. 5 stars for our visit May 14-16, 2026. Don't wait to book. I booked months in advance and was super glad when I checked weeks later and there was no availability."
