Relaxing summer break

Good restaurants, especially breakfast and the Biergarten. Good for walks and cycling and touring with car. Berncastel Kues 5mins, bit of a disappointment except fabulous Zylinderhaus museum. Air conditioning a bit poor, but not a problem as it was a cool week in July!

Great Hotel Some Rude Staff

Greeting upon arrival was simply "rude" as was the service provided at that time. After another like experience with another rude staff member in hotel dining area on first night we left and ate at other locations for the remainder of our stay. Meget stille og roligt. Som om de har haft deres storhedstid. Vi havde næsten hele wellness for os selv. Sku bede om at sauna blev tændt. Lækre ude forhold dog virkede det alligevel lukket, der stod udesofa men der kom aldrig puder i.

Super Frühstückt, freundliche Mitarbeitern, das Zimmer was super nur die Klimaanlage hat nicht gereicht, es war trotzdem sehr warm obwohl draußen recht kühl war. Man kann nur die Fernsten kippen daher konnte man nicht richtig lüften. Beim schlafen hat es dann die Hitze gespürt und gestört. Schade.

Das Hotel ist urklich sehr schön, gutes Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal. Auf Wünsche wird sofort eingegangen. Im Ort selber gibt es leider wenig Einkehrmöglichkeiten, Hotel "Zur Post" z.B. geht Aufgrund der mangelnden Freundlichkeit gar nicht. Lohnen tut sich dagegen ein Besuch im "Nostalgie Cafe", sehr urig und super nett. Mit dem Rad ist man in 20 min in Bernkastel und mit dem Schiff in einer halben Stunde. Der Fahrradweg startet direkt am Hotel und der Bootsanleger ist auch direkt am Hotel.

Ein wunderschönes Relaxhotel direkt an der Mosel. Hervorragend war das Frühstücksbuffett. Auf der Speisekarte habe ich mehr Abwechslung vermisst. Deswegen haben wir auch woanders gegessen. Erwähnenswert ist auch, daß sich unmittelbar vor dem Hotel der Schiffsanleger befindet. So hatten wir nur wenige Schritte zur Schiffsrundfahrt.

Schöne Lage direkt an der Mosel, vom Ort allerdings durch größere Straße getrennt.
